Design Studio Account Manager
St Germans, Cornwall
Salary: TBC
30-40 hours (flexible working available)

We are looking for an Account Manager to bring a creative flair and exceptional organisational and personal skills to an established business with an exciting growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for managing and developing effective relationships with existing and new accounts; providing regular input to product design and marketing to develop and promote saleable products.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts
  • Work with the Business Owner to achieve the agreed sales targets
  • Create a strong and lasting relationship with our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain, monitor and input into a CRM system
  • Undertake administration tasks as required by the role
  • Work collaboratively with all members of the team from accounts to design

Design Studio Administrator
St Germans, Cornwall

Permanent Full-time

We are looking to recruit a Design Studio Administrator to join us at a time of rapid growth in our company.

You will need exceptional organisation skills; to be a confident communicator who can multi-task in a busy and creative environment; have a good eye for detail and a passion for customer service.

You’ll be responsible for looking after customer and supplier data, invoicing, and our product information database among other things. We need someone with creative flair who will get involved in new product discussions, support our marketing team and be happy to deal with clients on the phone too.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day invoicing
  • Support the warehouse team with logistics management
  • Work with the marketing team on website administration
  • Provide exceptional customer service to smaller wholesale accounts, retail customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain, monitor and input into a CRM system
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team on new products, trade shows and projects
